At Cornerstone we specialize in one-on-one care for those suffering from every facet of orthopedic, high level neurological and geriatric conditions. We expertly treat sports injuries, TMJ dysfunctions, low back disorders, total knee and hip replacements plus spinal disorders and wound care. |
Seth graduated from Richard Stockton College in May 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He continued his studies at the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences where he graduated in 2001 with a Master of Physical Therapy Degree. In June 2001, Seth attained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification and has utilized this to work on different sports injuries. Over the past 7 years, Seth has completed numerous continuing education courses, which include TMJ, Cranio-facial, Migraine headache disorders, Fibromyalgia pain managment and spinal disorders. He attained his Manual Therapy Certification through the University of Saint Augustine in June 2003 and is currently working to attain his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. Seth is married to Melinda and has three children, Leah, Elena and Seth. |

Jen graduated from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA in 1998. She holds a master's degree in Exercise Physiology from University of Pittsburgh and is a Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine. Jen has experience treating vestibular and balance disroders plus orthopedic problems. In 2008, she became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. |
Amanda Hayes Fugate, MPT amanda.fugate@cornerstoneptnc.com Amanda graduated from Warren Wilson College in Asheville, NC in 2000 with a BA in Human Studies. She holds a master's degree in Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University and is currently pursuing a certification in pelvic physical therapy as well as a women's health specialist certification. Amanda has lived in the mountains of western North Carolina for the past 14 years and loves calling Asheville her home. She is excited to be joining the Cornerstone family and expanding resources for women in our community. |

Emily's interest in Massage and healing began in 2003, while working as an assistant at The Chinese Acupuncture Clinic in Asheville, NC. She graduated from the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga in 2006, and has been practicing massage professionally since graduation. Recommendations for self-care practices are emphasized in her sessions. Emily is passionate about health and healing. She has a sincere desire to assist others in increasing their quality of life through Massage therapy and other self care practices. Emily is exited and honored to be joining the Cornerstone Physical Therapy team of health professionals. |
